Blind people in a workshop

Victorian illustration to download showing blind men and women working and reading in a workshop. Two women and two men make brushes, one man makes a hassock, and another makes a wicker basket. A man reads a book printed with raised letters. At the door stands a salesman feeling his way with two sticks. Mats made by the blind hang on the wall. This workshop was provided by the Association for Promoting the General Welfare of the Blind. The association gave training and bought the materials, and helped with the retailing of the products, thus helping blind people to make a living.
